1. Overview
At Swyxaronprexalon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VitalPulse Complex. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish consumer protection legislation (Konsumentköplag (2022:260) and Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you have nominated) receive the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day period:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw
- We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned product, or until you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earliest
- We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
- If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not obligated to reimburse the additional costs
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the product
- You must return the product without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, to the extent possible
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless we have agreed to bear this cost or if we failed to inform you that you must bear this cost
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Swedish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, where returning them would pose health or hygiene concerns
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
For dietary supplements such as VitalPulse Complex, the right of withdrawal applies to sealed, unopened products. If the hygiene seal has been broken and the product has been partially consumed, the right of withdrawal may not apply due to health and hygiene considerations, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you have the right to a remedy under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag 2022:260). You may be entitled to:
- Repair or replacement: we will first attempt to repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to you
- Price reduction or refund: if repair or replacement is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund
To report a damaged or defective product, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Under Swedish law, you have the right to make a complaint within three years of receiving the product, provided you notify us within two months of discovering the defect.
7. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with instructions for returning the product, including the return address
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund

8. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof that it has been sent back)
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment provider statement
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
